Jeanette Bowden is a highly experienced communications and PR professional with strong technical writing expertise, specialising in the rail sector. She formed Owl Comms in 2020, building on her long-established marketing and public relations consultancy, Network PR.

With extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning for high-profile engineering projects, Jeanette has worked with global train manufacturers and equipment suppliers — including Bombardier (now Alstom) and Hitachi — on successful UK and international train bids. She has also researched and written two centenary books celebrating global developments in rolling stock and signalling, and has contributed numerous technical articles and interviews with senior industry leaders to the rail trade press.
